Onyekuru Happy In Turkey Wants Out Of Monaco
Nigeria international Henry Onyekuru is happy in Turkey and wants to extend his stay at Turkish champions Galatasaray.
This is according to various reports from the Turkish press revealing that the goal poacher is set to contact his parent club Monaco and reveal his preference.
Fanatik News has stated that the initial agreement between the two clubs will see the Nigerian return to Monaco on June 1, 2020, as there was no purchase clause inserted into the contract he signed this January

. This means that Galatasaray will have to iron out a fresh deal with Monaco or buy the player, who is valued in the region of ten million euros.
His contract with Monaco runs out at the end of the 2023-2024 season.
The 22-year-old who was acquired from Everton last summer for a fee of €13.5 million failed to hit the ground running at Monaco, making only two starts in the Ligue 1 before he was shipped out on loan. He has flourished and impressed in Turkey making nine appearances in all competitions, with seven coming in the Turkish top-flight, and scoring one goal while providing two assists.
