Planned Attack On National Assembly Unearthed, Senate President Ahmad Lawan Raises The Alarm
The Senate President, Ahmad Lawan (below) has warned of a pending attack on the National Assembly. He shared this alarming news with Senate leadership citing credible intelligence from security agencies.
Earlier they had met in an emergency closed-door meeting in which the threat to the assembly complex was discussed

. In a statement released by his spokesman Ola Awoniyi (below), Lawan informed ;
“ Based on this information we know that unknown and uninvited people came, or are coming into the National Assembly complex and we felt we shouldn’t take this lightly.
“From today, we have to find a temporary solution to support the security arrangement here.
”We will find a more permanent solution by the time the entire environment is remodelled.”
He also urged the security agencies to beef up their presence as well as to remain extra vigilant to prevent any act of terror.
